November! What happened to October? That went fast! We have some exciting classes for you this month!

“Yoga for Everybody” is now offered once per week. Class will be held Live & Online on most Mondays at 11AM (Alaska Time). Yoga for Everybody is truly a yoga class for all abilities. Beginners will never be left behind and seasoned practitioners will find space to delve deeper into the practice. Yoga for Everybody is a gentle, slow flow class. No headstands. No shoulderstands. No handstands. Ever! We use lots of props like blankets, pillows, straps, blocks….whatever we can find to help support each pose. As always, Yoga for Everybody is offered on a sliding scale. Pay a little or pay nothing. The choice is totally up to you.

Another special offering beginning this month is “Pursuit of Hoppiness Yoga @ Lat65.” I’ll be teaching an all-levels yoga class at Lat65 Brewing Co in Fairbanks, AK! I’m super excited to bring this class to you!

And let’s not forget Private Yoga! Private Yoga is perfect for anyone! Maybe your schedule is hectic. Maybe you are working to rehab an injury.
