Chair Yoga, Thursday Series (3/26 - 4/16/26)

Chair Yoga is a gentle, seated yoga practice that can be beneficial for people with mobility limitations, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Chair yoga boosts strength, enhances flexibility and balance, and improves mental well-being.

Join Tracy for dedicated series of Chair Yoga. Students will progress from learning the basics of practicing yoga with a chair to becoming confident with moving and breathing in a coordinated manner.

This 4-week series will take place in Tracy's cozy studio in the Regency Court Mall across from Costco. Space is limited.
