Chair Yoga is a gentle, seated yoga practice that can be beneficial for people with mobility limitations, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Chair yoga boosts strength, enhances flexibility and balance, and improves mental well-being.
Join Tracy for six weeks of Chair Yoga. Students will progress from learning the basics of practicing yoga with a chair to becoming confident with moving and breathing in a coordinated manner.
