Restorative Yoga is deeply healing for the body, mind, and soul. During this 70 minute class, you will be guided through four completely supported poses. There are no standing poses in a Restorative Yoga class. The purpose is to allow your body the opportunity to rest on a deep level. Each pose will be supported with a variety of props: blankets, pillows, couch cushions, bolsters, blocks, books. At the beginning of class, we will discuss the props needed and you will be given an opportunity to set up your space. Many poses can be done in bed! Absolutely no experience is necessary.
