
Please join us at the Two Rivers/Pleasant Valley Community Center for Yoga for Everybody. This weekly class is suitable for anyone. Beginners will find this class particularly welcoming and accessible due to clear instruction of poses, slow movements, and options within each pose to address any muscular imbalances. We avoid using Sanskrit names for poses. Props such as blankets, blocks, and straps are utilized throughout class. Mats and props are available for use on a first come, first served basis, however, feel free to bring your favorite equipment.
